Working draft. This site describes a protocol under active design. Nothing here is a finalized specification, a certification standard, or a claim that every described component has been implemented. See Protocol Overview for what exists today versus what is proposed.

People form enterprises, communities, partnerships, and project teams across organizational and geographic boundaries, but the records supporting those relationships are often fragmented and fragile — trapped in whichever platform happened to host them. WikiWe represents agreements, promises, notices, credentials, and other significant events as signed, content-addressed Verifiable Records, underlying portable Reputation Wallets that stay under the control of the people they describe.

WikiWe is not a single company or a single running service. It is a protocol — a set of shared record formats, authorization rules, and continuity mechanisms — that independent Administrators can implement to provide compatible, interoperable services while members keep their agreements, evidence, and reputation portable across organizational boundaries.
