Certification

WikiWe is a protocol, not a certification standard by itself. Certification is a separate activity: an evaluation of a specific, named implementation and service — a legal entity, a product name, an exact release, a protocol version, and a set of conformance profiles — against published, testable requirements.

This program is not yet operating. Before any certification is issued, uRULEu Institute intends to publish:

A certificate, once issued, will identify the certified legal entity, the exact product release, the WikiWe protocol version, the conformance profiles tested, issue and expiration dates, a certificate identifier, and any exclusions — never a bare, unscoped claim that "X is certified."

Ricardiam DAO LLC's implementation is presently the protocol's reference implementation. It does not receive privileged protocol authority, and it is not held to a different standard than any other Administrator would be.
